How to Book

The property is available for rent on a self-catering basis. The rental period is per week, from Saturday to Saturday.

You will need to send a 20% deposit to confirm your booking with the balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £100 will be required with the balance, by separate cheque. This will be refunded providing there is no damage to the property and it is left clean and tidy. Cleaning services can be provided at additional cost. If you are booking less then 8 weeks you will need to pay in full. Once you have booked we will send you detail of how to get to the apartment and other useful information. Refunds can only be made if cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to departure.

You will need to BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN, TOWELS and TEA TOWELS as these are unavailable in the apartment.

Double Bed – require double sheet and double duvet cover + pillow cases x 2
Sofa Bed – require double sheet and double duvet cover + pillow cases x 2
Bunk Beds  – require single sheet and single duvet cover + pillow case x 1

Unfortunately no animals are allowed in the apartment and smoking is not permitted. Clients are requested to ensure the property is left in a clean state on departure. The prices is all inclusive and there are no additional costs
